ATTENDING: May, Pat, Menken, Eleanor, Rhodri, Richard, Isabella, Gina, Angharad (Chair) DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Hare - the school is quite nice. Large gym with change rooms. Lots of space. "Sacred" floor in the gym. MENKEN and ELEANOR will investigate the feasibility of buying/using rubber mats to protect the gym floor. 2. Coronation, April 2004 - There have been no bids for autocrat, but a number of volunteers for various positions. MENKEN and ELEANOR will therefore coordinate the event. The bid should be in by the end of the month. 3. The Baronial Progress is up on the webpage. THEIR EXCELLENCIES plan to attend Murder Melee, Ealdormere War Practice (EWP) and Baronial Muster. They plan to have the Aquitaine at EWP and Muster and a shade fly at Murder Melee. 4. Autocrat's Day Off - the discussion was a repeat of last week's (q.v.) 5. The dance practice "Hare Ball" - 14 attended. There was live music and munchies. Garb was worn. There were no injuries and relatively even numbers. MAY will be teaching 15th C. Italian dance on Wednesday. The dancers are finding the room to be adequate for now. 6. There will be archery on Tuesday as planned. 7 people have booked. AROUND THE ROOM ITEMS: 1. MAY - she has made wax tablets that are available for trade or barter. 2. ELEANOR - Making Baronial favours is the project for Hard & Soft A&S on Tuesday. 3. REBECCA - asked about the effectiveness of the Caldrithig List in hiding on the web. Opinions differed. It was decided to maintain it as-is for now. 4. GINA - Bardic practice to be the first Wednesday of every month. GINA also brought in examples of paper made by participants at last Tuesdays West End A&S.
