Canton of Caldrithig Meeting Notes

ATTENDING:

Geoffroi, Stephin, Menken, Eleanor, Anne, Phil, May, Cerdic, Elaina, 
TSivia, Rhodri, Skye, Judith, Aelflaeda

DISCUSSION ITEMS:

1.	Baronial Muster:  Notice is available from the Baronial web site.  Contact is XRISTINA in Greyfells.  Schedule for Muster is flexible.  The Baron and Baroness will be bringing the Aquitaine.  They will require help to erect the Aquitaine.

2.	Autocrat's Day Off: Geoffroi, co-autocrat said that the event was only publicized locally not to conflict with Muster.  There will be a potluck on Saturday night. There will be some sun shades.  If you have one, please bring it.

3.	Hare Information:  The site is officially at one of the high schools in Kemptville.

4.	Reminder to all officers to have their reports in on time.

AROUND THE ROOM:

1.	MAY reports that Dance is on for the summer at Sandy Hill Community Centre.  7 to 8 is the teaching hour. 8 to 9 dances are by request.  The 4th Wednesday is the ball.

2.	TSIVIA is teaching 2 classes at Michael's at South Keys; Viking beads 
and Opus Anglicanum embroidery.

3.	GEOFFROI looking for Chronicle articles.  He is doing a double issue for 
July/August.  He is thinking of changing the issue frequency to every 2 
months then the issues will be larger.

4.	MENKEN noted that he and ELEANOR will be choosing their Armoured Combat 
Champion at Muster.

5.	ELEANOR said that if you do not have a Baronial favour to see her at an 
Event, i.e. Muster, to receive one.

6.	ANGHARAD announced that this is an off week for Scriptorium.

7.	If ANGHARAD is unable to be at next week's meeting, ANNE will run the 
meeting.

8.	Autocrats for Spring 2004 Coronation will be Their Excellencies, MENKEN 
and ELEANOR.

Reminder to complete the online form with your event experience and what 
you would like to do but have not yet done.  The form is available at 
the Caldrithig web site.

9.	TSIVIA announced that she had an email from KAELLYN, Kingdom Exchequer, 
that money is coming from Estrella to the Baronial bank account.  Estrella will donate a portion of the profits to the respective Baronies for the hours worked  by each out of kingdom volunteer.
