ATTENDING:

Phil, Wilhelm, Cristabell, Judith, Rhodri, May, Dubh, Skye, Lindsey, Stéphane, Vincent, Anne, Eleanor, Menken, Aelflaeda, Angharad (Chair)

LINDSEY and STÉPHANE are newcomers who come to us from l'Isle du Dragon Dormant (Montréal)

DISCUSSION ITEMS:

1.	Hare - discussion a repeat of last week's (q.v.).  Nothing new added.

2.	Autocrat's Day Off - the Event Stewards are awaiting numbers before setting final fees.

3.	Baronial Muster - will be held on 15 July.  There will be an Armoured Combat tournament.

4.	Archery - there were 7 at last Tuesday's archery night.  Shot 2 rounds and then listened to a speaker on longbows.  At $7.50/hr., the evening cost $15.00 + rentals.  GINA will check into group costs and whether or not we can get an outdoor facility and for what cost.  Need to be a member to shoot at the R.A. Centre.

AROUND THE ROOM ITEMS:

1.	CRISTABELL - Primary contact for dance has changed from CECILIA to WILHELM and CRISTABELL.  Thank you to CECILIA for her hard work.

2.	AELFLAEDA 	- has garb for Gold Key.  ANNE will take it.  
- is holding a Black Tower Party on 21 June, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

3.	ANNE - will be back at her regular email on Tuesday

4.	Welcome and introductions to new folks.

5.	VINCENT has a 4-person Woodsman tent and cot for sale.  Contact him if interested

6.	DUBH - A&S reports are due.  They may be in the Chronicle.  Please let DUBH know if you don't want your report published.  ANNE suggested that folks should let DUBH know what their friends are doing for A&S.  Good for award recommendations.

7.	MAY - Dance practice is 15th C. Italian this month.  The second "Hare Ball" will be held on the last Wednesday of the month.

8.	ELEANOR - Hard and Soft A&S for next Tuesday is cancelled.
- 	Report on "Pikeman's Pleasure" event:  sunny and warm.  Skrael v. Skrael rapier tourney. TRM were present.  There was archery and a feast.  Pleasant, laid back atmosphere.
-  	Baronial favours are ready for sewing.  Sergers preferred. Contact ELEANOR if you would like to help.
-	Next week is Murder Melee.
- 	HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MENKEN.
