Hare site discussed. Site description/presentation next week and the week after. Preliminary report will be sent down the Caldrithig List. 2. Coronation: a reminder is to be sent down the Caldrithig List in strong terms, along with a list of available positions. WILHELM explained how Coronation events usually proceed. 3. GENEVIEVE visited from Drachenwald (U.K.). Good time was had by all. 4. Heraldry Day went well. Thank you to ANSFRID and JEAN. The "Herald-Tree" looks great with the escutcheons displayed. 5. Baronial Progress to be added to webpage. 6. Whether or not there will be a Skrael encampment at Murder Melee depends upon Skrael attendance. 7. TSIVIA presented an idea for an event: "Music to My Ears". KATHERINE to do the food. Site discussion is under way. It is planned for Thanksgiving weekend Saturday. 60-70 attendees probable, with a max of 100. Different music streams are planned. Yahoo! Group in place. Kitchen inventory is important as this event is only three weeks from Hare. There followed much discussion re: this event and Practicum. Some felt it represents a duplication of effort. Others feel that it is different due to its specialized nature. No consensus achieved. 8. Autocrat's Day Off is set for 11-13 July. A potluck and Bardic evening is planned for Saturday night. DUBH and GEOFFROI have booked one site. It will cost $4/person/night for adults, $1 for children 6-17. Free for children under 6. Total cost based on $49/number of attendees. Reminder that there must be a non-member surcharge of $4, paid once per attendee whether there for day or weekend. AROUND THE ROOM ITEMS: 1. CRISTABELL - this week is "Hare Ball" week at Dance Practice. People encouraged to attend in garb. CRISTABELL also suggested having some meetings and SCA Days in a park when the weather improves. 2. CECILIA - CYNAMUND and JAPHIA are interested in a food group for Pennsic. Interested persons should contact them. 3. GINA - There will be no West End A&S on 01 July. An archery evening is planned for Tuesday, 03 June at 8:00 at the Ottawa Archery Club. If interested, please contact Gina by this coming Wednesday. 4. ANSFRID - his play opens Friday, 07 June. He will not be as active during the run of the play. He will return to "full Herald mode" afterward. 5. CHIARA - picked up another tote for Gold Key as she has recently received more donations.
