ATTENDING:

ACTIVITIES REPORTS:

Armoured Combat - No report.  This Wednesday is the last fight practice until the last week in August.

A&S - Tuesday, West End A&S: 5 attendees, general A&S activities.
	-  Hard and Soft A&S and Scriptorium cancelled for the summer.
-  Friday A&S:  went well.  4 attendees.  Sculpture, art techniques and the geometry of painting - led by ANNE.


DISCUSSION ITEMS:

1.	Hare - Hare will be held at North Grenville High School in Kemptville on Saturday, 08 November 2003.  Articles on relevant topics being sought for Chronicle.

2.	The bid is in for Coronation (April 2004).


AROUND THE ROOM ITEMS:

1.	ANNE - there has been a poetry challenge for Pennsic put out by the Kingdom of Atlantia.  Link to go down phone list.
-  "What Pennsic?" - ANNE suggest that those not at Pennsic meet for dinner on the 10th of August.  Contact ANNE with suggestions for where to have it.
