ATTENDING:

Menken, Dubh, Phil, Rhodri, Angharad (Chair), Ansfrid, TSivia, Skye


ACTIVITIES REPORTS:

1.	Armoured Combat:  there were 4-5 new persons on Wednesday, with 6-8 regulars.  Two rapier combatants were also there.

2.	Rapier:  two members got their practicing in on Wednesday, sharing space with the Armoured Combatants.  Several people out on Thursday.  Up to 10-12 fighting today (Sunday) with some folks from the new proto-incipient Canton out.

3.	Dance:  there was a practice (witnessed by fighters).  Nobody here to report.

4.	Bardic practice:  singing and music reading practice.  Further activities TBA next month.

5.	A&S:  Tuesday A&S was cancelled.  There were 2 at SIGLINDE'S for Friday A&S.


DISCUSSION ITEMS:

1.	Practicum update:  
	-	daytime (classes) will be in modern clothes.  Evening in garb.
-	there will be a potluck feast -  arrangements can be made through SIGLINDE.
-	lunch will overlap class time
-	all class fees are to be paid at the door
-	someone is needed to put up/take down signs.
-	volunteers are needed for Gate.  Contact HELEN for now.
-	OUEN needs volunteers for cleanup.  Contact OUEN.
-	MICAYLAH needs a $200 advance for lunch.  Approved.

AROUND THE ROOM ITEMS:

1.	DUBH - picked up Gold Key from ANNE le GRIS.  There is still a box with CHIARA that needs to be picked up.  DUBH may need some money to buy more totes for Gold Key.  She will know more once all of Gold Key is in her possession.

2.	DUBH - The group in Montreal is interested in coming down on a Sunday for Rapier and an SCA Day.  29 February was suggested as a possible date.

3.	MENKEN - reported on "Berus' Barroom Brawl".  Also attending from Caldrithig:  HRM, MORDAIN, JAMES, JUDY.  BARONESS TABITHA was elevated to the Order of the Pelican.  DUKE RUSLAN was up from the East Kingdom.  The raffle raised $1200 for the royal travel fund.

4.	TSIVIA - TSIVIA and KING CENNEDI are going to Estrella War.  

5.	TSIVIA - TSIVIA is interested in bidding for Practicum 2005.  It was explained that there is no "downward" limit on when one can submit a bid for an event.  In other words, it is never to soon to bid.

6.	RHODRI - will likely be away for Practicum.  He has stepped down as Canton Armoured Combat Marshal and up as Baronial Armoured Combat Marshal.  IOANNES THRAX is the new Canton Marshal.  IOANNES is an MIT.  His status is "acting" until position approved.
